Health E Life is the new North Country Hospital patient portal and is now live.

North Country Hospital launched a new Patient Portal on May 16, 2022.

The upgrade will replace our current portal and allow you to have 24/7 access to secure messaging with your care team, important documents like prep instructions and lab/test results, the ability to view past/future appointments, allow linked accounts for patient guardians, plus other new features later in the year.

It is important to note that your health records will no longer be available on the current Athena Patient Portal after June 30th, 2022. All of these records may not migrate to the new Cerner Portal which will become active on May 16, 2022.

Your provider will always have your past and current hospital medical records.

If you currently have an Athena patient portal and want to save your past and current health records please take the following steps:

1.) Log into your NCH Patient Portal above
2.) Go to “My Health” in the left-hand menu
3.) Click on “Health Records”
4.) Set a custom date range
5.) Choose how you would like your data

Your new HealthyELife patient Portal is here!! You will save time by booking appointments, messaging providers, requesting prescription refills, and more.

Starting May 16th, 2022 all health records will now be generated on the new HealtheLife Patient Portal and you will be asked to establish a new account to access your health care records.

If you are age 18 or above you will be able to enroll in your own portal.  Proxy access to your child’s portal is available if they are age 12 and under.
