View past appointments, lab results, immunization record, and medication list. Add items manually or import them from documents sent from your North Country Hospital provider’s office. Share information in your PHR with other healthcare providers.

Our healthcare providers now have the ability to send you a direct notification of your lab results, when appropriate. You may see comments from your doctor, test ranges and other information as well.
