The Cardiopulmonary Services department at North Country Hospital offers a wide array of respiratory care services including:
24/7 inpatient respiratory care services,oxygen therapy,bronchodilator Therapy,Arterial Blood Gas Analysis,Overnight Pulse Oxymetry
Assessment for home oxygen and respiratory equipment
Tobacco Cessation
We have five Certified Asthma Educators on staff for asthma education

Our outpatient programs include:

  • Cardiac Rehabilitation
  • Pulmonary rehabilitation.

Supervision is provided by registered nurses, respiratory care practitioners and physical therapists.


Our cardiopulmonary service also provides the following outpatient services:

  • pulmonary function studies
  • 24/48 hour Holter monitoring
  • 30 day cardiac event monitoring
  • ambulatory blood pressure monitoring
  • asthma education
  • EEG’S

Dr. Veronika Jedlovszky, pulmonologist, is our medical director and provides oversight for all of our services. Dr. Jedlovszky provides a pulmonary and asthma clinic every Wednesday and every other Thursday at North Country Hospital.
