  • Cared for complex patients in an underserved community at the Portsmouth Family Medicine outpatient clinic, Maryview Medical Center, a 346-bed acute care hospital, and Maryview Nursing Care Center, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility
  • As a senior resident, supervised interns and medical students on the family medicine inpatient service; responsible for managing rapid response team, code blue team, and stroke codes

  • Developed residency didactics curriculum and inviting speakers
  • Scheduled resident presentations, including journal club, morning report, cancer conference, and morbidity and mortality conference
  • Met with residents once a month to discuss residency-related issues

  • Managed pre­-operative and post-operative surgical patients at University of Vermont Medical Center, a 562-bed level 1 trauma center, including patients in the surgical intensive care unit
