Prescription Refills:
When you are picking up your last refill at the pharmacy, please ask the pharmacist to fax a refill request to our office if needed. If you are calling the office to request a refill yourself, please allow 24 – 48 hours for this to be processed and then call your pharmacy first to see if the refill is ready to be picked up.

Test Results:
Communicated to patients after review by ordering provider, or his/her designee. Results may be communicated via phone call, letter or follow up office visit at the discretion of the provider. Patients are welcome to call if they do not hear from us within a reasonable time. Depending upon the test, the results could be available anywhere from 24 hours to several days after.
